Plain-language terms for using send.xwira.tech.

The short version. send opens a direct, end-to-end encrypted line between two browsers. Files and messages travel device to device — they never reach our servers, so we can't read, store, or scan them. Because we can't see what you send, we rely on you to use it lawfully. Send illegal content and you are solely responsible for it.
1What send is
send is a free tool that helps two browsers find each other and open a peer-to-peer WebRTC connection. Once connected, your file, text, or chat flows directly between the two devices, encrypted end-to-end.
Our only server is a small signaling relay. It briefly shuttles the connection handshake between the two browsers so they can pair, and it sees connection metadata only — never the content you transfer. We operate no storage: nothing you send is ever written to disk, logged as content, or retained by us.
2Acceptable use
You agree not to use send to create, send, request, or receive anything that:
- is child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or sexualises a minor in any way — this is prohibited absolutely and reported to authorities where we are able;
- is illegal to possess or share under the laws that apply to you or the other party;
- contains malware, viruses, ransomware, or code intended to harm, deceive, or gain unauthorised access to a device or system;
- infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual-property rights;
- harasses, threatens, defames, stalks, or endangers any person;
- facilitates fraud, phishing, spam, or the sale of stolen or regulated goods;
- violates the privacy of others or shares personal data you have no right to share;
- attempts to abuse the service itself — for example, using the signaling relay as a data channel, overwhelming it, probing or hijacking other people's sessions, or circumventing rate limits.
send is a two-party tool: both people must share a code to connect. You are responsible for who you connect with and for everything you send and receive.
3Privacy
We cannot see your content. Because the connection is end-to-end encrypted and peer-to-peer, files and messages never pass through us and cannot be read by us.
Our signaling relay processes, transiently, only what is needed to pair two browsers: a short room code, the encrypted WebRTC handshake, and — like any web server — the network-level connection details (such as an IP address) for the moment of connection. We do not build profiles, we set no tracking cookies, and we run no analytics that follow you.
We may keep minimal, short-lived operational records (for example, IP address, timestamp, and room code — never content) to protect the service against abuse and to respond to valid legal process. Any such records are kept only briefly and are not used for any other purpose.
4No warranty
send is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Connections depend on your network; some restrictive networks may prevent a direct connection. We do not guarantee delivery, availability, or that a transfer will succeed, and we are not liable for lost, corrupted, or intercepted data to the fullest extent the law allows. Only accept files from people you trust — we cannot scan them for you.
5Enforcement
We cannot inspect content, but we can and will act on what we can control: we may rate-limit, block, or refuse connections that abuse the service, and we cooperate with valid, lawful requests from competent authorities to the extent the limited metadata we hold allows. We may change or discontinue the service at any time.
6Report abuse
Believe send is being used for something illegal or harmful? Tell us. Because transfers are private and peer-to-peer, we usually can't act on content itself — but reports help us protect the service and respond to authorities.

7General
send is operated from Malaysia as a free tool by xwira. These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use means you accept the current version. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
